摘要
目的探讨双水平气道正压(BiPAP)机械通气治疗重症肺炎的的临床效果。方法将2008年1月～2009年1月间在我院住院治疗的重症肺炎患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗措施,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予BiPAP机械通气。结果治疗后观察组患者在PaO2、SpO2及HR方面明显优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后观察组患者在pH方面与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组患者在住院时间、气管插管率及死亡率方面明显优于对照组,P<0.05。两组患者均未见明显的治疗不良反应。结论 BiPAP机械通气治疗重症肺炎的临床效果更好,不良反应少,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of mechanical ventilation about BiPAP in treating severe pneumonia.Method The 60 cases with severe pneumonia in our hospital from January in 2008 to January in 2009 were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received the conventional therapy and the observation group received the treatment of mechanical ventilation about BiPAP on the foundation of conventional therapy.Results The PaO2,SpO2 and HR in the observation group after treatment were superior to those in control group,and there were significant differences（P0.05）.The level of PH in the observation group was similar to that in control group,and there was no significant differences（P0.05）.The length of stay,rate of tracheal cannula and death rate in the observation group after treatment were superior to those in control group,and there were significant differences（P0.05）.And there was on obvious side reaction in them.Conclusion The effect of mechanical ventilation about BiPAP in treating severe pneumonia is obvious,so it is worth being used widly.
