摘要
目的 :探讨肿瘤术后患者辅以细胞因子治疗对机体免疫状态的影响。方法 :采用 3H- Td R释放法与 ELISA检测了肿瘤术后患者应用细胞因子 IL- 2治疗过程中 NK细胞活性、T淋巴细胞亚群、可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体 (s IL- 2 R)及肿瘤坏死因子 (TNFα)水平 ,并与常规治疗组进行比较。结果 :术后肿瘤患者免疫功能呈现一个从暂时抑制到逐渐恢复的过程 ,接受 IL- 2治疗组免疫功能恢复明显快于常规治疗组。结论 :肿瘤术后患者接受正向细胞调节因子治疗 ,对于尽快恢复免疫功能 。
Objective:To study the immune state of patients with tumors treated with cellular factors before and after operation.Methods:NK activities,T- lymphocytes subpopulation,s IL - 2 R and TNFα levels of patients with tumor before and after operation were measured with3H- Td R releasing away and ELISA methods.Results:Immune function of tumor after operation presented the course from transient inhibition to gradualrenewal and immune function rehabilitation ofthe group treated with IL- 2 was faster than that of control group.Conclusion:There was significance in renewing immune function and clearing away carcinoma cells of the tumor patients treated with cellular factors after operation. 〔
