摘要
文章根据对400位到馆读者的随机问卷调查结果,分析了当前公共图书馆用户在信息需求服务上对图书馆所具有的较强依赖性、信息需求广泛性、获取信息的意识和能力有待提高性等特点,提出了公共图书馆在信息服务方面要更加细致入微,定期进行读者需求研究,并加强对读者信息能力的培养,强化文献信息宣传以及充分利用网络大力开展图书馆的参考咨询服务。
Based on the results of the random questionnaire survey on 400 readers, the author analyzes that the public library users have significant dependence on library information services and have wider demand for information, while their abilities to acquire inft^nnation need to be improved. The author proposes that the public library should provide more meticulous services, conduct regular studies on readers'demand, focus on cultivating readers'ability of acquiring information, reinforce the literature propaganda and make full use of the internet to develop library consultation services.
