摘要
目的:研制一种武警部队总队级卫勤分队执行任务时专用的卫勤指挥宿营车,实现卫勤分队人员投送、物资运输、卫勤指挥和临时宿营等多种功能的有效结合。方法:以武警装备部定型的运兵宿营客车为基型改装,机动中设计乘员数29(含司机1)名,车厢展开后宿营铺位29张,车内配装超短波电台、有线电话组网设备和远程会诊系统等设备。结果:卫勤指挥宿营车除了基本的人员、物资运输功能外,还具备通信指挥功能、临时宿营功能,解决了卫勤分队目前机动性差、通讯指挥不灵活等问题。结论:卫勤指挥宿营车提高了卫勤分队遂行突发事件的快速反应能力和黄金72 h内的现场救治质量,具有很高的军事价值。
Objective To develop a new house trailer dedicated by the corps-level medical support unit of the CPAPF during the task execution in order to realize the effective integration of medical personnel distribution,medical goods and materials transportation,medical service command and temporary camping.Methods The house trailer was fabricated on the basis of soldier living van finalized by the equipment department.This kind of new car was designed to handle 29 persons （1 driver included）,and had 29 bunks after the carriage was unfolded.Meanwhile,the van was equipped with ultra-short wave radio station,wired telephone network equipment and remote consultation systems,etc.Results On top of basic personnel and medical materials transportation,this kind of living van also had functions like traffic guidance and temporary camping,which solved the challenges of poor mobility and inflexible guidance.Conclusion The house trailer greatly improves the emergency-solving capacity of medical service corps and field treatment quality in the first seventy-two hours of prime time rescue,which has a promising future of military application.
