摘要
无菌技术是医疗和护理操作中防止发生感染和交叉感染的一项操作技术，广泛应用于医疗和护理实践中。如注射、导尿、穿刺、手术时，都必须严格执行无菌操作技术，以防微生物侵入人体，引起交叉感染，且熟练掌握这项技能也是护士必备的条件。初入临床实践的学生，总是怀着满腔的热情想将自己几年所学的理论学习大力实践一番，却忽视了最为重要的临床无菌技术操作原则。所以教师在教学实践过程中就要注意加强护生无茵观念的建立、强化和培养。
