摘要
本文分析了高职院校培养学生创新能力的重要性，同时指出了高职院校在培养学生创新能力过程中存在的诸多问题，并以沙洲职业工学院为例对提高高职学生创新能力的培养进行了探讨。
This paper analyzes the importance of cultivating higher vocational college students＇ innovation ability, and points out the existence of problems that the higher vocational colleges in training students＇ innovative ability, and take an example of Shazhou Vocational and Technical Institute, improving higher vocational students＇ innovation ability training is discussed.
