摘要
实现高职人才培养目标要文化素质教育课程与专业课程有机结合，并且各门课程必须立足于学生职业能力的培养与提高。高职英语课程改革要以就业为导向，确立英语培养目标；以能力为本位，选择英语教学内容；以学生为主体，加强高职英语教学实践性。
Realization of talents training target needs combination of cultural quality education courses and professional courses, and each course must be based on students＇ professional ability and improve. Vocational English curriculum reform to employment-oriented, established English training objectives; competency-based, select the content of English teaching; take students as main body to strengthen the practice of vocational English teaching.
