摘要
目的通过对比青少年正畸患者和正常青少年在口腔健康相关生活质量的不同,探明其影响因素。方法选取2007年7月至2008年9月于深圳龙岗区人民医院及深圳龙岗中心医院口腔科就诊,将要进行正畸治疗的12～15岁青少年错牙合畸形患者155例作为病例组。同时选取分别来自深圳龙岗中学和深圳龙岗实验学校的600名12～15岁正常青少年作为对照组。对两组研究对象分别进行儿童青少年口腔健康影响程度量表(COHIP)问卷调查,并对结果行统计学分析。结果 COHIP问卷调查结果显示,病例组在COHIP总分及口腔健康、功能健康、社会-情感健康和自我形象各领域得分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但在学校环境领域得分上,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论错牙合畸形对青少年生活质量主要在口腔健康、功能健康、社会-情感健康和自我形象这些领域存在影响。
Objective By comparing OHRQOL in adolescent orthodontic patients and that in normal adolescents, study the influencing factors. Methods The Chinese version of COHIP was completed by 600 normal adolescents and 155 ad- olescent orthodontic patients, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Comparing the COHIP scores be- tween the normal adolescents and adolescent orthodontic patients, the difference was statistically significant on the over- all COHIP score, oral health, functional well-being, social-emotional well-being and self-image subscales. There was no difference on school environment subscales. Conclusion On the OHRQOL evaluation, including overall OHRQOL, oral health, functional well-being and social-emotional well-being, the score of adolescent orthodontic patients is significantly lower than common adolescents. Malocclusion deformity affects adolescents OHRQOL on these areas.
