摘要
目的 永久性充填后牙体与充填物之间的微缝隙 ,防止渗漏 ,减少继发性龋病的发生。方法 ①在离体恒磨牙上作洞型制备 ,实验组在银汞合金充填之前以富士Ⅱ型玻璃离子粘合剂进行侧壁衬垫 ,对照组作常规银汞合金充填 ,以扫描电镜对照观察洞缘裂隙宽度。②在实验研究的基础上 ,选择 6 0例侧壁衬垫充填治疗 ,进行 6个月～ 2年的临床观察。结果 扫描电镜观察 :①对照组 15 0～ 2 0 0倍下即发现充填物与牙体之间缝隙 ,实验组 10 0 0倍下仍未见缝隙。②临床6 0例近期观察 ,充填物完整 ,无继发龋病 ,无充填体脱落。结论 富士Ⅱ型玻璃离子粘合剂进行侧壁衬垫银汞合金永久性充填 ,可以起到封闭缝隙的作用 ,有效防止渗漏和继发龋的发生。该方法简便 ,经济 ,易于推广。
Objective Glass inomer is used to line between the side walls of the cavity and the permanent silver restoration, thus eliminating the possibility of bacteria penetrating the space between enamel and restorative material to prevent the possible secondary decay. Methods ①A vitro restoration of silver amalgam was conventionally placed in control group and a vitro restoration of silver amalgam done after glass inomer being lined along the side walls of the cavity in experimental group. ②Scanning electronic microscope was used to investigate the width of the fissure between enamel and restorative material in the both groups. Results There were consider able fissures in control group, but no fissures in experimental group.Conclusion The glass inomer lining method is effective to seal and eliminate the fissure between enamel and silver amalgam to prevent secondary caries.
