摘要
目的 研究芪加合剂对荷瘤 (Lewis肺癌 )小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 检测脾细胞产生IgM、血清中IgG含量和鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF) ,以及鼠外周血象的测定。结果 芪加合剂 (13 75～ 2 7 5 g·kg-1)可使荷瘤小鼠低下的IgM、血清中IgG含量恢复至接近正常水平 ,可促进荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生TNF ;还可使荷瘤小鼠低下的红细胞数、血红蛋白量、白细胞数和血小板数等血常规指标恢复至接近正常水平。结论 芪加合剂抑制肿瘤作用可能与其提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能有关。
Objective To study the effect of Qijiaheji on immune function in mice with Lewis lung carcinoma. Methods The content of IgG in serum, IgM produced by spleen cells, the production of TNF in peritoneal macrophage and the number of blood cells in peripheral blood were determined. Results Qijiaheji (13 75～27 5 g·kg -1 ig×7 days or 15 days) could enhance markedly not only the content of IgG in serum and IgM produced by spleen cells, but also TNF level produced by peritoneal macrophage in mice with lung carcinoma. Qijiaheji could also restore the number of RBC,Hb,WBC,BPC etc in mice with lung carcinoma. Conclusion Inhibition of Qijiaheji on Lewis lung carcinoma in mice may be related to the improvement of the immune function.
