摘要
以提高职业教育教学质量为目的,通过优化并实施全方位的教学控制手段对学校教学管理进行监督和调控,并将发现的问题集中讨论、分析、提出整改,提高了教师的责任意识、进而使教学质量得到有效的提高。
To improve the quality of vocational education, the paper monitors and controls the management in school teaching through optimizing and implementing a wide range of teaching control, discusses and analyzes the problem, and makes countermeasures which improves the teachers＂ sense of responsibility, thereby improving the quality of the teaching.
