摘要
本文就通信工程建设的全过程管理展开讨论,阐述了通信工程特点及其管理现状,并提出了通信工程建设全过程管理的有效途径,以期为通信工程建设管理水平的提高作出应有的贡献。
In this paper, the whole process management of communication engineering construction is discussed, characteristics of communication engineering and its management status are expounded, and the effective approaches of whole process management of communication engineering construction are proposed, so as to make contribution to improving management level of communication engineering construction.
