用过氧化氢对野菊花碱溶性多糖进行脱色的工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的脱除野菊花碱溶性多糖液中的色素。方法选择过氧化氢(H2O2)为脱色剂,以脱色时间、脱色温度、pH值和H2O2体积分数为试验因素,进行单因素试验以确定影响因素及其水平,采用L9(34)正交设计进行试验,以多糖保留率、脱色率和蛋白去除率为考察最佳脱色工艺的指标。结果在脱色时间4h、脱色温度60℃、pH=9和H2O2体积分数为8%的脱色条件下,可以有效地脱除野菊花碱溶性多糖的色素。结论此脱色方法简单有效。 Objective To decolorize the pigment in crude alkali-soluble polysaccharide from Chrysanthemum indicum L..Methods Hydrogen peroxide was used as the reagent for the decolorization.The time,temperature,pH value,and volume fraction of hydrogen peroxide were selected as the factors for single factor test to determine the influence factors and levels.The orthogonal test with 4 factors and 3 levels was carried out with polysaccharide retention rate,decolorization rate,and protein removal rate as the indexes.Results The alkali-soluble polysaccharide from Chrysanthemum indicum L.was decolorized effectively.The conditions were 4 h,60 ℃,pH=9,and volume fraction of hydrogen peroxide 8%.Conclusion This decolorization method is easy and effective.
