粘附分子CD_(44)v6在乳腺癌组织表达的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨CD4 4v6基因在不同乳腺组织的表达及其与乳腺癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化S -P法对 113例不同乳腺组织进行CD4 4v6表达的研究。结果 :CD4 4v6阳性表达率在乳腺癌组织 (96 7% )明显高于乳腺良性肿瘤 (5 0 0 % )和正常乳腺组织 (13 3% ) (P <0 0 1) ;CD4 4v6表达强阳性在淋巴结转移组 (92 5 % )明显高于无淋巴结转移组 (30 0 % ) (P <0 0 5 ) ,但淋巴结转移灶 (2 2 2 % )明显低于原发癌灶 (10 0 % ) (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :CD4 4v6基因高表达可作为判断乳腺癌具有转移倾向的临床参考指标。乳腺癌细胞CD4 4v6表达量增高可能是转移发生之前的事件。 Objective: To study the relationship between the CD 44 v6 expression in variant breast tissues and the lymph node metastasis of breast cancer Methods: The CD 44 v6 expression in 113 samples of breast tissues were studied by immunohistochemical S-P technique Results: It was found that the expression of CD 44 v6 in breast cancers were significantly higher than those in benign breast tumor and normal breast tissue ( P< 0 01) The intensive expression of CD 44 v6 in cases with lymph node metastases were significantly higher than those withiout metastasis ( P< 0 05) However, the intensive expression of CD 44 v6 in metastatic lymph nodes were significantly lower than those in primary breast cancer tissue ( P< 0 05) Conclusion: The results suggest that high expression of CD 44 v6 can be a clinical parameter of breast cancer with metastatic potential and the elevation of CD 44 v6 expression may take place before metastasis ocurred
