人工肝治疗慢加急性肝功能衰竭 被引量：3

摘要 肝衰竭是在多种致病因素作用下，肝脏短期内发生大块或亚大块坏死所致的肝脏功能衰竭综合征，主要表现为凝血机制障碍、高黄疸、肝性脑病等复杂的临床症候群。在我国引起肝衰竭的主要病因是肝炎病毒（主要是乙肝病毒），其次是药物及肝毒性物质。乙肝病毒引起的肝炎慢性化程度高，患者肝功能常迁延不愈，如在短期内再次接受严重打击，易出现慢加急性肝衰竭。由于常合并多脏器功能衰竭，病势极为凶险，
