摘要
本研究采取霍氏中国职业兴趣量表对635名地方高校大学生进行调查,以研究地方高师院校大学生的职业兴趣状况,为地方高师院校大学生职业生涯规划提供参考。研究结果显示:(1)地方高师院校大学生的职业兴趣得分中,社会型职业兴趣得分最高,现实型得分最低。(2)现实型职业兴趣得分在性别、生源地、年级、科类特点这四个维度上均存在显著差异。(3)调研型职业兴趣得分在性别、生源地、科类特点这三个维度上存在显著差异。(4)艺术型职业兴趣得分在科类这个维度上存在显著差异。(5)社会型职业兴趣得分在生源地这个维度上存在显著差异。(6)企业型职业兴趣得分在性别这个维度上存在显著差异。
The present study investigates 635 local college students, with the Chinese Vocational Interest Inventory of Holland Type, to find out the status quo of colleges students＇ vocational interest in local higher Normal Colleges and provide them with a ref- erential guidance for their career planning. The investigation shows： （1）The social type scores the highest and the realistic type scores the lowest.（2）As for the realistic type, significant differences lie in gender, source place of students, grades and subjects. （3）When it comes to the research type, significant differences lie in gender, source place of students and subjects.（4）As far as the artistic type is mentioned, the significant difference only lies in subjects. （5）The significant difference of source place of students finds its way into the social type.（6）In terms of the enterprise type, gender turns out to have significant difference.
