摘要
目的 探讨后尿道狭窄开放性手术失败的原因及处理措施。 方法 总结 1992年 1月～ 1998年 12月收治骨盆骨折所致后尿道狭窄再手术病例 6 2例 ,回顾性分析失败原因及防治方法。 结果 在 6 8例次失败原因中早期手术处理不当 5例次 (7% ) ,手术时瘢痕组织切除不彻底或有张力吻合 36例次 (5 3% ) ,围手术期感染控制不力 2 1例次 (31% ) ,合并假道、瘘道处理不当 6例次(9 % )。 结论 针对手术失败原因 ,采取有效措施 ,可提高后尿道狭窄手术成功率。
Objective To probe into the causes of surgical failure in the treatment of posterior urethral stricture. Methods 62 cases of surgical failure in the treatment of posterior urethral stricture were retrospectively studied and analyzed. Results inproper operative technique in the initial treatment was observed in 5(7%).The scar tissue was not thoroughly removed and there was tension at the anastomosis site were noted in 36(53%).In 21(31%) infection has not been well controlled in the perioperative period.There was false passage or fistula in 6(9%). Conclusion To improve the outcome in the surgical treatment of posterior urethral stricture,the causes of surgical failure should be kept in mind and prevented.
