摘要
采用文献资料、实地考察、访谈和问卷调查、对比分析法等研究方,对厦门市体育场地的投融资结构与模式现状进行研究。结果表明:厦门市综合经济实力,拥有的人均体育场地资源和人均体育场地建设投资金额高于全国和全省平均水平,非公有经济投资成分所占比重高于全省平均水平。体育场地投融资也具有多种模式,实现了投资主体和融资渠道的多元化,投资方式的多样化。
With the methods of literature review,investigation,interview,questionnaire and comparative analysis,the author discussed the investment and financing structure and mode of Xiamen sports venues.The results show that the comprehensive economic power,the per capita sports ground resources and the per capita sports ground constructing investment of Xiamen are higher than the average level of other cities in Fujian province and all over the country,and the non-public sector investment occupies a higher proportion than the average level.The investment and financing of sports ground also have several modes,realizing the diversification of investment entities,financing channels and ways of investment.
