摘要
研究间接原子吸收定量测定菜籽粕中植酸含量的方法 :采用三氯乙酸提取植酸 ,添加铁离子 ,使其生成植酸铁沉淀 ,用原子吸收法测定上清液中剩余铁的含量 ,即可推算出植酸沉淀铁的量 ,根据植酸与铁离子 (Fe3+ )以 6∶ 1的络合比例关系 ,便可求算样品中植酸的含量。
Trichioroacetic acid was added to the sample of rapeseed meal,then phytic acid was extracted.Phytic acid with Fe 3+ solution addition formed precipitate.Residual Fe 3+ content in the supernatant liquid was determined by the method of indirect atom absorption spectrum(AAS),thus Fe 3+ content in the precipitate was calculated.According to the proportion of 6∶1 between phytic acid and Fe 3+ ,phytic acid content in the sample was known.
