摘要
目的:观察顺尔宁联合吸入型糖皮质激素治疗小儿哮喘的疗效及对外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(Eos)的影响。方法:将2010年6月～2011年6月92例小儿哮喘患儿随机分为两组,观察组46例采用顺尔宁联合布地奈德治疗,对照组46例仅采用布地奈德治疗,观察两组的疗效、肺功能及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞的变化。结果:观察组的显效率为93.5%,明显高于对照组的76.1%(P<0.05),而两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后FEV1、PEF水平明显升高(P<0.05),Eos明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后FEV1、PEF水平明显高于同期对照组(P<0.05),而Eos明显低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:顺尔宁联合吸入型激素治疗小儿哮喘进行治疗,能够明显提高临床疗效,改善肺功能,降低外周血Eos水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the effect of singulair combined with inhaled corticosteroids in treatment with children asthma and its affection on blood eosinophils.Methods：From June 2010 to June 2011,92 cases of asthma children were randomly divided into two groups,which observation group with 46 cases was treated with singulair combined with budesonide and control group with 52 cases was treated with budesonide only.The effective rate,pulmonary function and blood eosinophils between the two groups were compared.Results：The excellent rate in observation group was 93.5%,which significantly higher than that in control group with 76.1%（P0.05）,while no significant difference in total effective rate between two groups（P0.05）.After treatment,the levels of FEV1 and PEF in both two groups were significantly increased（P0.05）,the level of Eos was significantly decreased（P0.05）.The levels of FEV1 and PEF in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（P0.05）,the level of Eos was significantly lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Singulair combined with inhaled corticosteroids in treatment with children asthma can enhance clinical effect,improve pulmonary function,low blood eosinophils,which can be applied in clinic.
