摘要
分析了我国场外交易市场定价存在的价格非市场化、存货成本高、市场规模与价格市场化形成机制不匹配等问题。在借鉴发达场外交易市场的基础上,根据我国实际情况选择存货模型作为理论基础,构建了我国场外交易市场的定价模型,提出了相应的配套的条件。
This paper analyzes the problems of China＇s over-the-counter market such as non-market prices,the expensive cost of stock,the market size does not match the market-oriented price mechanism and so on.Based on the reference of developed over-the-counter markets,we choose stock model as theoretical foundation according to the realities in China,then construct China＇s OTC market＇s pricing model,and finally put forward the corresponding supporting conditions.
