合成生物学的前景及面临的挑战 被引量:1

摘要 合成生物学是研究与制造新的生物元件、装置和系统,重新生成已有的自然生物系统或新的"人造生命"的学科。它对生命起源和生物进化的研究有重要意义,并已在医药、能源、环保和农业等领域显现出广阔的应用前景,有望带来21世纪新一轮科技浪潮。同时,合成生物学的发展也面临着技术及社会伦理方面的挑战。
