摘要
通过垄断程度的发展、资本的社会化程度、阶级关系以及国家与市场关系几个角度考察当代资本主义的特点,可以得出结论认为,当前资本主义发展处于国际金融垄断资本主义阶段。当前阶段资本主义的实质就是金融资本的统治,金融资本发展过程中存在激化资本主义基本矛盾、导致自由市场经济扩张并出现市场失灵、虚拟经济脱离实体经济独立膨胀和全球资本主义社会再生产失衡等一系列矛盾。当前资本主义发展阶段或模式已宣告结束,资本主义发展的历史趋势存在霸权主义、民主社会主义和社会主义几种可能,其中只有社会主义才是解决资本主义固有矛盾的根本出路。
From the aspects of the development of monopoly, socialization degree of capital, class relationship and the role of government and market, the paper investigates the features of contemporary capitalism, and comes to the conclusion that the develop- ment stage of contemporary capitalism is International Finance Monopoly Capitalism. In current stage, the nature of capitalism is the reign of finance capital. There are a series of contradictions as intensify of capitalist fundamental contradiction, the spread of free market economy and market failure, the independent expansion of fictitious economy, and disequilibrium of global capitalist social reproduction during the process of develop- ment of finance capital. The current stage or model of capitalism has already been an- nounced to be terminated, and the historical tendency of capitalism is hegemonism, democratic socialism and socialism, among which socialism is the only way to solve the inherent contradictions of capitalism.
