摘要
目的:观察地佐辛在小儿腹腔镜手术七氟醚全凭吸入麻醉时的作用。方法:选择40例择期行小儿腹腔镜手术患儿,随机分为地佐辛组(D组)和空白对照组(B组),均实施七氟醚全凭吸入麻醉,在气管插管前10分钟和拔管前15分钟静脉分别注射地佐辛(D组)、生理盐水(B组)。观察两组插管前后和拔管前后的HR、MAP变化和术后苏醒情况。结果:2组均能顺利完成手术麻醉,D组HR、MAP在插管前后、拔管前后变化均较T组小(P<0.05),2组的自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),D组苏醒期躁动较B组少(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛能有效减少七氟醚全凭吸入麻醉插管期和苏醒拔管期循环波动的影响及术后躁动的发生而不影响术后苏醒。
Objective:To observe the role of dezocine assist to sevoflurane volatile induction and maintenance anesthesia(VIMA) during pediatric laparoscopy surgery. Methods: 40 patients undergoing pediatric laparoscopy surgery were randomly divided into dezocine group ( Group D) and Blank control group ( Group B), both groups were implemented sevoflurane VIMA and were injected respectively dezocine(Group D)and saline (Group B).The HR and MAP in both groups were recorded respectively before and after intubation ,before and after extubation, the recovery after operation. Results:Both groups can complete the anesthesia successfully, the change of HR and MAP in Group D were less than in Group B before and after intubation ,before and after extubation (P〈0.05). There were no significant changes in Spontaneous breathing recovery time and extubation time in Both groups (P〉0.05). The agitation during the recovery period were less in Group D than in Group B(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Dezocine can reduce cycle fluctuations of sevoflurane VIMA during intubation and extubation phase, reduce the incidence rate of agitation ,do not affect recovery.
