摘要
目的:总结代谢组学在肺癌肿瘤标志的研究进展。方法:应用PubMed、万方及CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统,以"代谢组学、肺癌、肿瘤标记"为关键词,分别或联合检索1998-01-2011-09的相关文献。纳入标准:1)血液代谢;2)尿液代谢;3)组织细胞代谢;4)呼吸气体代谢。根据纳入标准,符合分析的文献29篇。结果:目前代谢组学在肺癌肿瘤标志的研究主要集中在血液、尿液、组织细胞和呼吸气体4种代谢途径上,而在痰液和胸腔积液方面尚无研究报道。结论:随着代谢组学研究的不断深入、人类代谢组数据库不断完善以及各种组学数据库的成功对接,将可以从系统生物学层面建立对肺癌的全面认识,发现更多的肿瘤标志。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the research advance of metabonomics in tumor markers of lung cancer.METHODS: The papers published from 1998-01 to 2011-09 were searched from Pubmed,Wanfang and CNKI with the Key words "metabonomics,lung cancer and tumor markers" respectively or combinedly.Retrieval criteria:1) blood metabolism;2) urine metabolism;3) tissue metabolism;4) respiratory gas metabolism.According to the inclusion criteria,29 papers were finally decided as references.RESULTS: Currently the research of metabolomics in tumor markers of lung cancer focus on blood,urine,tissue and respiratory gases of the four metabolic pathways.But no studies are reported in terms of sputum and pleural effusion.CONCLUSIONS: With the deepening of metabonomics study,the continuous improvement of the human metabolome database and the successful ducking of various groups databases,we will build a comprehensive understanding of lung cancer from the systems biology level and discover more tumor markers.
