摘要
目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声检测乳腺癌供血动脉的胸外侧动脉、胸廓内动脉的血流动力学改变及胸壁厚度测定,对乳腺癌改良根治术后辅助放疗的参考价值。方法:采用彩色多普勒超声测量广东籍贯30名正常女性及30例乳腺癌患者的胸外侧动脉、胸廓内动脉血流测定参数,及乳腺癌改良根治术后辅助放疗前及放疗中照射剂量分别为10、30和50Gy时术侧胸壁厚度,对所测量数据进行统计分析。结果:乳腺癌组患侧胸外侧动脉与正常对照组、乳腺癌健侧胸外侧动脉的EDV、RI比较,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.01。乳腺癌组患侧胸廓内动脉与正常对照组、乳腺癌健侧胸廓内动脉的SPV、RI比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;内径、EDV相比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。乳腺癌改良根治术后辅助放疗患侧胸壁厚度在治疗过程中的变化,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01;术侧平均胸壁厚度(1.314 9±0.337 67)cm。结论:彩色多普勒超声检测胸外侧动脉的血流参数比胸廓内动脉的血流参数对乳腺癌更有临床意义,测定术侧胸壁厚度为优化电子线照射的放射治疗计划提供重要的测量数据。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the significance of color Doppler ultrasonography of breast-feeding arteries and chest wall after modified radical mastectomy in breast cancer.METHODS： The 30 cases healthy women and 30 cases breast cancer patients after modified radical mastectomy were examined and statistical analyzed of lateral thoracic artery,and internal thoracic artery of blood flow haemodynamic parameters and the thickness of chest wall by color Doppler ultrasonography.RESULTS： Breast cancer group trouble side of lateral thoracic artery and the normal group,breast cancer＇s healthy side of lateral thoracic artery EDV,RI comparison difference had statistically significance（P〈0.01）;The artery of chest in breast cancer group was similar to that of normal group and bealth side（P〉0.05）.Operation side thest wall thickness about（1.314 9±0.337 67） cm,each line in four times result has statistically significance（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION： The color Doppler ultrasonography of lateral thoracic artery haemodynamic parameters have the guiding significance to breast cancer,and chest wall thickness after modified radical mastectomy have provided the reliable metrical data to the electron beam radiotherapy.
