:文章在对中外音乐教育的历史与现状的进行考察分析 ,对素质教育实施中的“音乐教学”音乐教育”作了全新的“诠释” 。
the paper makes a study n the historic and present situation in music teaching home and abroad. It explains music teaching and music education in quality education and probes a way to bring up high quality music teachers in primary and middle schools.
