硝酸甘油治疗高血压急症疗效观察

摘要 目的观察硝酸甘油静脉滴注治疗高血压急症的临床疗效。方法 33例符合高血压急症患者给予硝酸甘油20mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml静脉滴注,初始剂量为20μg/min,不同时使用其他血管扩张剂。定时测量用药后的血压、心率变化,观察临床症状及不良反应。结果硝酸甘油静脉滴注治疗高血压急症,用药后收缩压及舒张压均有显著下降,总有效率达91%,且副作用较少。结论硝酸甘油静脉滴注治疗高血压急症起效快、易操作、副作用少,适合基层临床推广使用。
