摘要
城镇职工的再就业已成为中国跨世纪战略发展过程中面临的焦点之一。再就业问题的产生有其区域性结构背景，具有明显的区域特征，必须从区域经济的整体发展的角度着力培养新的就业增长点。解决的思路：一是通过区域产业结构的调整，提高各个产业对劳动力的吸纳能力；二是从协调不同经济发展水平的区域差异出发，进行适当的区域内或区际产业转移，合理配置区域劳动力资源。
The problem of re-employment is one of the central issues in China's developmental strategies to be carried over to the next century. In view of its striking regional characteristics, it can be solved by developing regional economy. Proposed measures include:①improving the labor-using capacity of every industry by adjusting regional industrial structure; ②disposing rationally regional labor resources by transferring inner-regional or inter-regional industries.
