摘要
学力是个人在学识上达到的程度 ,不受学历限制 ,表现出一个人实际具有的知识与能力水平。它由认知、情感、技能三方面构成 ,学习态度、学习能力、创造力、社会技能是其构成框架的四根支柱 ,而它们也正是素质教育的追求。要提高学力 ,关键是要重视学生的学和教师的素质 ,并且摒弃只重视学历的陋习 ,倡导重视学力的新风 。
WT5”BZ]:Academic attainment refers to one's level of learning. It shows one's real level of knowledge & ability and is not necessarily related to one's academic credentials. It consists of cognition,emotion and skill. Attitude toward learning, learning capability,creativity and social skills are the four cornerstones of academic attainment and the pursuit of quality oriented education. The key to improving academic attainment and the root of implementing quality oriented education lie in putting emphasis on the students' learning & the teachers' quality, eliminating the undesirable custom of paying sole attention to study, and therefore advocating the new trend of valuing academic attainment.
