摘要
目的探讨重度卵巢过度刺激综合征高龄患者的观察要点及相应的护理对策。方法选择本院收治的重度卵巢过度刺激综合征高龄患者5例,结合其心理特点采取相应的护理措施。结果 5例患者通过严密的护理观察和护理措施,有效降低了潜在的重症发生率和病死率,提高了生活质量。结论完好的心理支持,可以减轻患者及家属的心理压力,取得他们的合作,增强信心。严密的病情观察,可以有效降低并发症的发生,减轻患者痛苦。严格的用药管理,基础护理管理,细致的体位、饮食指导,可以有效提高护理质量,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the highlights of observation and corresponding nursing countermeasures to aging patients with severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome（SOHS）.Methods Five aging SOHS patients in our hospital were selected.Corresponding nursing measures were undertaken according to their psychological characteristics.Results Close nursing observations and nursing measures were conducted to all patients.Potential incidence of severe complications and fatality rate were significantly decreased.As a result,the quality of their life has been improved.Conclusion Sound psychological support can alleviate the psychological pressure of patients and their families,which can result in their cooperation and more confidence on the patients′ part.Close observation of the progression of the disease can effectively decrease the incidence of complications and alleviate the sufferings of patients.Strict medication and nursing management,and detailed guidance to body position and diet can effectively improve the quality of nursing and promote early recovery of patients.
