摘要
目的总结经鼻胃镜的护理配合方法,提高检查的成功率与患者的舒适度。方法对57例接受经鼻胃镜检查的患者进行详细的检查前评估,检查中熟练配合,检查后耐心宣教。结果 97%的患者顺利完成检查,效果良好。结论良好的护理配合可以提高检查的成功率,减轻患者的不良反应,提高患者对检查的顺应性。
Objective To conclude the cooperation between nursing and application of transnasal gastroscopy,and improve success rates and patients′ comfortableness.Methods A total of 57 patients with transnasal gastroscopy had detailed assessment before examination,gave cooperation during examination and received health education after examination.Results Most patients（97%） successfully completed the examination with good outcomes.Conclusion Good nursing cooperation between patients and nurses can increase success rate of examinations,reduce patients′ uncomfortableness and improve patients′ compliance in the course of examinations.
