摘要
目的探讨加强护理干预措施的规范化培训对重度有机磷农药中毒机械通气时间的影响。方法纳入收治的重度有机磷农药中毒进行机械通气的75例患者,2005年1月～2008年4月收治的为A组,2008年5月～2011年9月收治的为B组,观察对患者机械通气时间及呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率的影响。结果 B组较A组机械通气平均时间短(P<0.05),呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率低(P<0.05)。结论通过有效的护理干预措施可以缩短机械通气时间,减少并发症发生,提高生命质量,减少资源浪费。
Objective To discuss the influence of enhanced training of nursing interventions on mechanical ventilation of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning（AOPP）.Methods A total of 75 patients were divided into group A which included patients admitted from January 2005 to September 2011 and group B which included patients admitted from May 2008 to September 2011.The difference of mechanical ventilation time and the incidence rate of ventilator-associated pneumonia（VAP） between the two groups were observed.Results Compared with group A,the average mechanical ventilation time was shorter in group B（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of VAP in group B was lower than in group A.Conclusion The training of nursing interventions is useful.It can shorten the mechanical ventilation time,and reduce the complications.
