摘要
目的探讨护理干预对年轻宫颈癌手术患者出院后性生活质量的影响。方法选取接受手术治疗的35周岁以下宫颈癌患者60例,随机分为干预组和对照组各30例,在患者术后3个月、6个月、9个月对两组采用发放调查表进行评估。结果研究组的生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可明显提高宫颈癌患者术后性生活质量。
Objective To explore nursing interventions on the postoperative quality of sex life of young patients with cervical cancer.Methods Atotal of 60 cervical cancer patients under 35 years old who underwent surgery were equally randomizedinto treatment group and control group.Questionnaire forms were administered to the patients of the two groups in the 3rd,6th and 12th month postoperatively.Results The quality of sexlife in the treatment group was higher than in the control group.The difference was statisticallysignificant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The nursing intervention can markedlyi mprove the postoperative quality of sexlife of patients with cervical cancer.
