摘要
目的分析290例PICC置管患者发生术肢静脉炎的情况及引起原因并进行有针对性的防范与护理。方法通过对290例PICC置管患者临床常见并发症静脉炎的分析,提出一系列相关的护理防范措施并应用于临床。结果有效地减少和预防了PICC置管后患者术肢静脉炎发生。结论重视PICC置管患者导管的防范和护理,不仅可以延长PICC导管留置时间,减轻患者痛苦,也可降低患者医疗费用,提高了癌症患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the causes of limb phlebitis patients with peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC） and provide prevention measures and nursing.Methods A total of 290 limb phlebitis patients with PICC were analyzed.A series of related preventive nursing measures were then proposed for clinical application.Results The incidence of limb phlebitis was decreased and prevented effectively.Conclusion Attention paid to the prevention and nursing for PICC patients can prolong the duration of PICC line,lessen the pains of patients,reduce patients medical costs and improve the life quality of cancer patients.
