临床护理路径在乳腺癌患者围术期中实施健康教育的评价 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨临床护理路径在乳腺癌患者围术期中实施的临床意义。方法将乳腺癌患者100例分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育,而实验组按照临床路径进行健康教育,最后统计分析两组患者的健康教育知晓率、患肢功能恢复、住院时间及对护理工作的满意度。结果实验组平均住院时间较对照组短,对乳癌术后相关知识的掌握、患肢功能恢复及对护理工作的满意度优于对照组。结论应用临床护理路径对乳腺癌围术期患者实施健康教育,对术后恢复起着积极的作用,可提高护理质量。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative health education for patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 100 breast cancer patients were equally divided into experiment group and control group.The control group received traditional health education while the experiment group adopted health education according to requirements of the clinical nursing pathway.The rate of health education awareness,limb function recovery,length of hospital stay and satisfaction to nursing were statistically analyzed.Results The average length of hospital stay was shorter in the experiment group than in the control group.The mastery of postmastectomy knowledge,limb function recovery and satisfaction to nursing were better in the experiment group than the control group.Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in health education for breast cancer patients helps postoperative recovery,and it can improve the quality of nursing.
