摘要
目的研究盐酸达克罗宁胶浆应用于上消化道内镜检查前期准备的效果。方法选取本院接受上消化道内镜检查的患者98例,随机分为2组,各49例:A组检查前给予盐酸达克罗宁胶浆口服;B组检查前给予盐酸利多卡因胶浆口服。并观察检查前准备效果。结果 A组在插管和麻醉、祛泡效果、口感及综合疗效方面均明显优于B组,且2组患者均未出现明显不良反应以及药物毒副作用。结论盐酸达克罗宁胶浆在上消化道内镜检查前准备方面与盐酸利多卡因胶浆相比具有麻醉作用强、起效快、祛泡效果好、口感更易接受、使用安全方便等优势,可以推广应用于辅助上消化道内镜检查。
Objective To explore the efficacy of dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage for preparation of gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods Ninety-eight patients in our hospital who received the digestive tract examination were equally randomized into two groups.Group A received hydrochloric acid dyclonine mucilage before the examination,and group B received lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage before the examination.The efficacy of preparation before examination was observed.Results The efficacy of intubation and anesthesia,removal of bubbles,mouthfeel and overall efficacy were significantly better in group A than in group B,and no obvious adverse reactions and toxic side effects were observed in the two groups.Conclusion Compared with lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage,dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage for the preparation of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy has the advantages of better anesthetic effect,rapid effect,more acceptable taste,higher safety and convenience in use,therefore can be applied in gastrointestinal endoscopy.
