摘要
用最小二乘拟合莫尔条纹信号细分法实现对角位移的测量具有硬件简单、精确度高等优点.采用14400线/周的计量圆光栅构成的角位移测量系统,测试精确度可达0.1″.
In the field of robot and computer vision,it is necessary to find a non-
contacted measuring method of angle shifting.This paper proposes a new fine
division method for Moller streaks.This method has the advantages of requi-
ring simple hardware and producing high accuracy.Theoretical analyses and
experimental results demonstrate that the method enables a measuring angle
shift system consisting of 14400 lines/circumference circular grating to reach
a measuring accuracy of 0.1'.
