改良Ponseti方法治疗先天性僵硬型马蹄内翻足患儿的护理 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨应用改良Ponseti方法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足僵硬型的护理方法及效果。方法2005年6月～2009年5月,对收治的49例69足,先天性马蹄内翻足僵硬型患儿采用改良Ponseti方法治疗,并针对僵硬型患儿的特点采取相应的护理措施,观察治疗效果及护理并发症发生情况。结果本组患儿治疗后优良率为89.8%、复发率为15.9%、无严重护理并发症发生。结论采用改良Ponseti方法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足僵硬型,结合合理的护理措施,可以取得满意的疗效。
