痛风骨关节损害的影像学研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 痛风是由于嘌呤代谢异常和（或）尿酸排泄受阻所致的一种异质胜代澍阻疾病，临床特点为高尿酸血症（hypemricemia），脏器损害以骨关节、肾脏及心血管为主，常合并代谢综合征。据最新报道英国每年痛风的发病率为2．68％。（男性为4．42％。
