摘要
痛风是由于嘌呤代谢异常和(或)尿酸排泄受阻所致的一种异质胜代澍阻疾病,临床特点为高尿酸血症(hypemricemia),脏器损害以骨关节、肾脏及心血管为主,常合并代谢综合征。据最新报道英国每年痛风的发病率为2.68%。(男性为4.42%。
