胸外科高龄患者应用大剂量盐酸氨溴索的临床效果 被引量：15

摘要 胸部手术易引发术后各类并发症，尤其是肺部并发症，严重者将导致患者死亡。所以，预防胸部手术后并发症的发生至关重要。近年来，胸外科手术中高龄患者增加，如何避免高龄且肺功能差的患者发生术后肺部并发症，越来越受到关注。盐酸氨溴索（沐舒坦）可促进排除呼吸道内黏稠分泌物，减少黏液滞留，因而显著促进排痰，改善呼吸功能，
