本文描述省长途传输设备监控系统(PTESS)的设计与构成,讨论了有关的技术指标、网络结构、数据传输方法、受控性维护方法、系统的组成与功能,以及人机友好接口.
This paper describes the design and implementation of a Provincial long
distance transmission equipment surveillance system(PTESS)in China.It
will also discuss the specifications,network structure,data transmission meth-
od,controlled maintenance method,composition and functions of the PTESS,
and the user-friendly man-machine interface.
