摘要
有机表面活性剂对镀锌时电沉积作用的机理有不同解释.本文研究表明:DPE-Ⅲ、KR-7在旋转圆盘电极(RDE)表面吸附电位范围内,均为非电化学活性物质;DPE-Ⅲ、KR-7对锌电沉积作用受它自身从溶液本体向电极表面的扩散步骤所控制,符合扩散控制阻化机理.
There are different explanations about the action mechanism or organic
surfactants on the electrodeposition of zinc.The result of our work indicated
that organic sufactants DPE—Ⅲ and KR—7 in the range of adsorption potential
on the rotating-disc electrode(RDE)surface are not electrochemistry-active
substances.Both DPE—Ⅲ and KR—7 on the electrodepposition of zinc are
controlled by diffusion steps from the solution to the electrode surface.This
process fits in with the diffusion control maintaining mechanism.
