摘要
研究了交联剂存在下聚乙烯的光敏交联反应,讨论了不同交联剂、样品厚度及光强条件对反应的影响,发现交联速度与光强的平方成正比.另外还运用Charlesby公式对数据进行处理,定量地估算了交联过程中裂解作用的程度,并与高能辐射的结果进行了比较.
The reaction of photocrosslinking of polyethylene in the presence of sen-
sitizer and crosslinker is investigated.The effects of different crosslinkers,
different thicknesses of samples,and different light intensities are discussed.
It was found in the research that the rate of crosslinking was proportional to
the square of light intensity.The experimental data were treated by Charlesby
formula,and the ratio of degracation/crosslinking was calculated and compared
with that in γ-irradiation process.
