摘要
本文在阐述我国新兴应用型大学发展历程基础上,分析了我国经济发展转型对高层次应用型人才的诉求及关键能力,指出了新兴应用型大学在人才培养中存在的主要问题,依据经济社会发展对高层次应用型人才的期待,提出了教育教学改革新思想和新思路。
This paper analyses the need for high-level applied talents and importance in China′s economic transformation period based on the review of the development of new applied universities in China.It also points out the problems in the cultivation of talents in these universities and proposes some new ideas and thoughts for the reform of education and teaching to meet the expectation for high-level applied talents in the social and economic development.
