摘要
介绍了汽水分离器的主要功能和作用,按其使用条件和功能指标等特殊要求,对比各种工况下的运行特点,确立了汽水分离器材料的选取原则。根据汽水分离器的分离指标和汽水分离器的总体性能,制定了性能设计和结构设计方案,分析了汽水分离器运行的工作流程,明确设计中设备直径与容积的选取原则,特别对汽水分离器中的分离元件,指出了设计及控制方面的重要性。
The function of the MSR has been introduced in the paper. According to the special requirements of its working conditions and function parameters and comparing the specific characteristics of each working condition, the principle of materials selection of the MSR has been established. In accordance with the separating parameter and the general performance of the MSR, a design scheme of the performance and the structure has been worked out. The operational flow chart of the MSR is analyzed and the selective principle of the diameter and volume of the equipment is defined. Especially the importance of the discrete components of the MSR in control and design is indicated
