摘要
分析双伸缩立柱液压支架的承载特点,以某一具体型式双伸缩立柱液压支架为研究对象,对目前企业进行双伸缩立柱液压支架内加载试验问题进行分析研究,提出双伸缩立柱液压支架内加载试验的正确方法,提高了试验的有效率,并能促使企业走出液压支架和立柱设计及试验误区。
The load-bearing characteristics of the hydraulic support with dual telescopic columns were analyzed.In addition,with a model of hydraulic support with dual telescopic columns serving as the study object,the paper analyzed the problems existing in the loading test inside the hydraulic support with dual telescopic columns in enterprises,and proposed the correct test method,which could enhance the testing efficiency and make enterprises go away from the faulty design and test of the hydraulic support and the column.
