海鲜干货发泡锅温控系统设计研究

摘要 对一种用于海鲜干货发泡锅的温控系统进行了设计,以八位的单片机为核心控制3.6kW的发泡锅的发泡过程。发泡锅的温度和时间可以预置,发泡过程按设定温度段实行定时恒温控制,其保温精度为±1℃,温度检测的核心硬件是BS18B20。软件设计包括键盘输入模块、显示模块、温度检测模块、温度控制模块、报警模块等五个模块。实践证实,所研发的温控系统能胜任海鲜干货的发泡处理,达到了预期调控目标。 A temperature controUing system of seafood dry foaming pot was designed in this paper, and the 3.6kW foaming pot was controlled by the core of eight-bit single chip. Foaming pot's temperature and time can be preset, and foaming process implemented timing temperature control according to the setting temperature period, whose insulation accuracy is ±1℃, and the core hardware of temperature detection is BS18B20. Software design included five modules of keyboard input module, display module, temperature detection module, temperature control module and alarm module. Practice has proved that, the developed temperature control system can be competent for seafood dry's foam processing, and has achieved the expected control target.
