摘要
目的了解上海市长宁区娱乐场所女性服务人员(FEW)的性病(STD)/艾滋病(AIDS)相关知识、态度、行为(KAP)现况及感染情况,为在长宁区娱乐场所进一步开展STD/AIDS健康教育与健康促进提供依据。方法选取2家大场所KTV、8家小发廊、15家小足浴房,采用分层抽样方法,抽取125名FEW进行问卷调查和STD/艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染初筛。结果 FEW对AIDS知晓率为60.8%(76/125),STD知晓率为81.6%(102/125),其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,χ2=13.19)。FEW安全套使用率为78.8%(63/80),5种性病感染率分别为:HIV感染率0,梅毒感染率2.4%,淋病感染率4.8%,疱疹感染率4.8%,衣原体感染率16.0%。性病感染率为20.8%。结论长宁区FEW使用安全套防护意识低,需加大STD/AIDS相关预防知识的干预力度。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and knowiedge, attitude, practice （KAP）of sexually transmitted diseases/ acquired immune deficiency syndrome （STD/AIDS）among female entertainment workers （FEWs）） in entertainment venues in Changning District, Shanghai, and to provide a scientific basis for further work in health education and health promotion on STD/AIDS in Changning, Method A total of 125 FEWs were sampled from 2 large-size Karaoke TV bars （KTVs） and 23 small entertainment venues （including tiny hair/beauty salons, small KTVs and small pediluvium rooms） in Changning by stratified cluster method, and then a questionnaire and STD/ AIDS screening were carried out among them. Results The awareness rates of AIDS and STD were 60. 8%（76/ 125） and 81.6% （102/125）, respectively, with a statistical significance between them（P〈0.01, X^2=13. 19）. The rate of condom use was 78.80/oo（63/80）, and the prevalence of five STDs were HIV（ 20.8%）, syphilis（ 2.4%）, gonorrhoea （4.8%）, herpes （4.8%） and chlamydia （16.0%）, and the overall prevalence of the five STDs was 20.8%. Conclusion The awareness of condom use among FEWs in Changning was relatively inadequate, and a further health education and health intervention will be required to control STD/AIDS in Changning.
