摘要 通过数值模拟分析和实测分析相结合的方法,对在地面拼装后开展的三角挂篮对拉预压实验开展研究,研究其与连续梁桥实际施工时挂篮结构受力、变形之间的差异,为合理选择挂篮变形在箱梁悬臂浇筑中的贡献值提供依据。研究结果表明,在地面对拼挂篮后开展的预压实验,能较好地获得预压加载过程中挂篮的应变响应,在避免荷载施加位置、锚固结构等细节与实际施工的差异并将其初始节段非线性变形合理剔除后,所得数据可以用于预拱度的计算中。 The article studies the preloading experiment of triangle form traveler assembled on the ground by the method of combining the numerical simulation analysis with the measurement analysis,and studies the structural stress and the deformation difference of form traveler during its practical construction with the continuous beam bridge so as to provide the basis for reasonably selecting the contribution value of form traveler deformation in the cantilever pouring of box beam.The result shows that the preloading experiment after the assembling of form traveler on the ground can better achieve the strain response of form traveler in the course of preloading and loading.To avoid the difference of the details,i.e.loading position,anchorage structure and etc.from the practical construction,and after reasonably eliminating the non-linear deformation of its primary section,all achieved data can be used for the calculation of camber.
